Cant playback and no support

I couldnt play back my recording, and it kept saying "Playback Error The operation couldnt be completed. (OSStatus error 1685348671)".

Tried to reach the support both on my mobile device and desktop, couldnt even get it through!! It says "405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access."

For a paid app, this is not acceptable!
