When U Upgrade

I was using free version of QuickVoice and was unable export or email a bit bigger recorded audio files and when I was trying a message appear to buy its pro version to do so. I at once bought it but pro version installed as a different app without my audio files that were in free version and I could not successful to transfer free apps files to the pro version. As a result, my all effort and went in vain. Also, help support is a piece of crap and it does not provide any really required way to reach them.
