Dissatisfied

I wanted to be able to covert convention talks of 1 hour ea of voice to text. I wanted this for notes.
I wasted a whole day recording in Increments only to find that it was considered to huge to convert to text.

Will you be either making a up date that will do this or will you credit accounts because I feel I wasted money and time for nothing.
